Seeing a code you don’t recognise? Type it into the box below and you’ll get what it means, a quick fix, and a link to the full step-by-step guide. It covers 65 error codes and messages across streaming apps, iPhone, Android, and the Google Play Store — including the ones with no obvious explanation anywhere on screen.
You can search by the code itself (3005, P-DEV320, M7361-1253) or by what the message actually says (“SIM not supported”, “download pending”, “install blocked”). Partial matches work too, so if you only caught part of the number, start typing it.

How to Use This Tool
- Type the code exactly as it appears — spaces and dashes don’t matter, so
P DEV 320findsP-DEV320. - No code on screen? Type a few words from the message instead — most errors here are searchable by their wording.
- Use the category chips to narrow things down if you know it’s a streaming, iPhone, Android, or Play Store problem.
- Open the full guide for the complete fix list — the quick fix in the tool is only the first and most likely step.

Frequently Asked Questions
My error code isn’t listed — what now?
Try searching part of the on-screen message rather than the number, since many apps show the same underlying problem with different codes. If it’s still not here, browse the App Fixes Hub, where every guide on the site is grouped by problem. New codes are added to this tool regularly.
Why do different apps use the same numbers?
Error codes aren’t standardised. Paramount+ error 131 and Pokémon GO error 11 have nothing in common except being numbers, which is exactly why searching the code alone on Google often returns results for the wrong app. Always check that the service name matches yours.
Are these codes the same on every device?
Mostly yes for app-level codes — Hulu’s P-DEV320 means the same thing on a Roku, a Fire Stick, or a phone. What changes is where the fix lives: clearing a cache looks different on each platform, which is why each full guide covers every device separately.
What does it mean when an error appears on all my devices at once?
That usually rules out your equipment and points at either your internet connection or the service’s own servers. Test on mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to tell those two apart — if it fails on both, check whether the service is down before troubleshooting anything else.
Is this tool free?
Yes, completely — no sign-up, no app to install, and every guide it links to is free to read.
