He takes the voters viewpoint through media coverage. He meets with people and gets their opinion. Sometimes people protest for getting their needs and then politician get their viewpoint.

Politician analyzes the requirements of the people.
He discussed the requirements of people with their colleges or friends. Then he/she discussed the points with his/her party leadership. If he/she gets the positive response towards the requirements of the people then he/she took further steps.

Present the requirements in front of parliament.
Members of parliaments discussed on the bill which presented by a politician for his people.
Sometimes members against the bill and some majority of member passed the bill. If the bill passed by parliament then it will forward to the Ministry of Finance for the approval of finance.

Then parliament will pass the bill and then ministry of finance will give approval of finance. After approval of finance, work will start on that’s project.
