Phillip Hughes Dead: Australian cricketer dies Aged 25

Phillip Hughes dies today after two days injury hit by ball during cricket match. The batsman Phillip Hughes has died today in hospital after he was struck on the head by a short delivery during a Sheffield Shield match at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Tuesday. Phillip Hughes had remained in an induced in coma at St Vincent’s hospital after having emergency surgery to relieve pressure on his brain.He is dead the 3 day in hospital and gone in comma at least he dead in after 3 days so sad news today cricket industry.

Hughes aged 25 was carried off on a stretcher at the Sydney Cricket Ground in a match after a short-pitched delivery to hit his head missing his helmet.

He had CPR & mouth-to-mouth resuscitation before being taken to hospital & placed in an induced coma.

In a statement, Peter Brukner said: “It is my sad duty to inform you that a short time ago Phillip Hughes passed away. He never regained consciousness following his injury on Tuesday.

“He was not in pain before he passed and was surrounded by his family and close friends.

“As a cricket community we mourn his loss and extend our deepest sympathies to Phillip’s family and friends at this incredibly sad time.

“Cricket Australia kindly asks that the privacy of the Hughes family, players and staff be respected.”
